It is therefore a fundamental term and condition of the use of any of such Site Information in any way whatsoever, that you do so in good faith, including without limitation respecting and observing any copyright, moral or other rights that may be asserted by, or on behalf of any person for the time being and from time to time.

When you subscribe to our Newsletter or purchase services or products from us, you consent to our collection and dealing with Your Personal Information in order to assist us in providing you with the services or products you are seeking. If you do so we will treat Your Personal Information in the manner described in the Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use.

Services Policy

By booking a service through this Site, you agree and warrant that the service requested is not being used by you as a substitute for seeking professional medical, psychological or psychiatric care or assistance. If you are in need of such care or assistance you must first seek out such an appropriate licensed professional.

By booking a service you agree that in respect of any information you receive that you alone hold the power of decision-making and are therefore responsible for making the decisions that affect your life and for the outcome of your choices.

All sessions must be fulfilled within the given time frame. Any changes require 24 hour notice. If rescheduling becomes necessary, we will make every effort to accommodate changes. Excessive rescheduling may lead to forfeit of the session and the payment. All appointments commence at the scheduled start time. If you are running less than 10 minutes late and notify us beforehand, you may elect to proceed with a reduced session time. If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, your session will be considered a ‘no show’ and will be cancelled and any payment forfeited. If we need to reschedule an appointment, you may elect to reschedule at a time convenient to you, or receive a complete refund.

Products Policy

The products offered through this Site such as newsletters, workbooks, books and other material (together ‘Resource Material’) are offered purely for purposes of assistance and consideration on your journey of spiritual and personal growth. The Resource Material represents the considered personal views and opinions of the author. No representation is asserted or given as to its correctness or accuracy. When accessing or making use of any such Resource Material in terms of your own life path, you must at all times use your own discretion, judgment and common-sense in your interpretation and use of it.

Events Policy

Tickets purchased for a workshop, program or other event are not refundable unless 48 hours prior notice is given, save that you may transfer it to a person of your choice for that same event. Tickets purchased for one event cannot be applied to, or used for another event, without the prior consent and arrangement with the Owner.

Exceptions

These Terms of Use do not apply to Personal Information that is in the public domain or comes into the possession of an unauthorized third person otherwise than by reason of a breach of these Terms of Use or is required to be disclosed by operation of any law. To be clear, Personal Information may be disclosed in the unlikely event that the law requires it and we are legally compelled to do so.

Modification of Terms

We may change these Terms of Use including the Privacy Policy from time to time. If and when changes are made, they will be recorded here and notice of the update will be given to all newsletter subscribers.

Waiver

By browsing or using this Site, accessing any Site Information or purchasing any service or product listed on it including any Resource Material, you understand and agree that the Owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary loss or damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) and or Resource Material or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) and or Resource Material in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.

Please note that any Personal Information will be stored and processed on our computers in Australia. This Site and these Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the Commonwealth of Australia and the State of Victoria.
